Anteaters (アリクイArikui?) are a species of villager in the Animal Crossing series. They talk by moving the ends of their noses up and down. There are only ten anteater villagers so far. Three are peppy, three are normal, one is snooty, one is jock, one is cranky and one is smug. There are currently no lazy or sisterly anteaters.
Cyrano and Pango are the only anteaters to appear in every game to date.
