Bonfire is a craftable houseware item in New Horizons. The player can extinguish or start the fire by interacting with it. It has no variations and cannot be customized. The DIY recipe can be obtained from Tom Nook near the beginning of the game, though only the resident representative can get the recipe this way. The recipe can also be obtained from a cranky island resident or a message in a bottle. The bonfire requires 1 campfire and 10 pieces of wood to craft.
