Gayle (アリゲッティ,Arigetthī?) is a normalalligatorvillager in the Animal Crossing series. Her name relates to the sounding of the word alligator, her species. Her catchphrase refers to the fact that alligators like to frequently snap and eat things.
She is featured on the cover of K.K. House and she has the nature hobby.
Gayle is a pink and white alligator, with darker pink above her snout that forms a heart. Her snout is mostly white. She has a dark pink belly, and the tips of her arms and legs are either pink or white. Her tail darkens from white, to light pink, to dark pink. She has blue eyes and light blue teeth. Her color scheme is similar to Puddles' color scheme. She looks similar to Liz, another female alligator with the same personality. She initially wears the Heart Tee.

Gayle has a normal personality, and frequently acts kind towards the player. Normal villagers generally get along well with lazy, peppy, smug, snooty, and other normal villagers. Gayle may conflict with cranky and sisterly villagers. As a normal villager, Gayle will usually wake up at 6:00 am and is easier to befriend than most. Both normal and peppy villagers reference an unseen friend known as Moppina.
House
Gayle has the majority of the items from the Lovely Series, including the bed, the kitchen, the dresser, the closet, the vanity, the love seat, and the table. She has the Lovely Wall as her wallpaper and the Neutral Floor as her flooring. She also has a Dolly and a Dollhouse on top of her lovely dresser, and a Minimalist Lamp. A red boombox is on her Lovely Table, which plays Bubblegum K.K.
Gayle's preferred theme is cute. Her profile says:
Gayle is of the selfless sort that values camaraderie above all else. She's only happy when everybody else is. Needless to say, she keeps her friends in good spirits.
