Heart Crystals can be obtained as a reward from Reese during Wedding Season, for taking anniversary photos in New Horizons. On the first 6 days, the player will receive up to 11 crystals per day from Reese. On day 7 onward, the player will receive up to 15 heart crystals. 5 is the lowest amount of crystals a player can receive if they get a bad review. Heart Crystals can be used towards purchasing Wedding themed decorations and furniture from Cyrus or given to villagers, who will have unique dialogue upon receiving them as gifts.
Like fruit and certain decorations, villagers will not display heart crystals in their homes after receiving them as gifts.
The player must travel to Harv's Island in order to complete this event and decorate the venue. The duration of the event begins on June 1st and ends on the 30th.
