Jubei (ジュウベエ, Jūbē?) is a cranky lion villager from the Animal Crossing series. He only appears in Animal Forest e+. He could only move into a village if the player has his e-Card. He was formerly featured on the cover of K.K. Rally.
Appearance[]
Jubei is a lion with dark orange skin. He has a brown goatee to match his brown mane. He has large, round green eyes, which may make the player mistake him for a jock villager. He also has a brown nose.

Cranky villagers will usually appear in a grouchy or agitated mood. When talking to the player, cranky villagers tend to become angry if the player disagrees with them or refuses to do a favor. Like all cranky villagers, Jubei will be invested in his hobby and will often challenge the player to various competitions. He will easily get along with jock, snooty, and other cranky villagers, and occasionally lazy and normal villagers as well. However, he will find it hard to socialize with peppy villagers, as they will seem overstimulated or immature.

Jubei's house is the same style as Rasher's house, only that he has changed the floor and the walls for the Old Flooring and the Lattice Wall respectively; he also has Imperial K.K. on his stereo.
