Maggie (マーガレット, Māgaretto^?, Margaret) is a normal pig villager from Animal Crossing series originally exclusive to Animal Forest e+. In this game, she can only move into a village if the player has her e-Card, which came bundled with the game. Her initial phrase is the typical interpretation of a pig's sound.

Maggie returned to the series in New Leaf, as part of the Welcome amiibo update. By scanning amiibo cards, this villager can be met via the campground and invited to the town.

She has the nature hobby.

Appearance

Maggie in Animal Forest e+

Maggie is a light yellow pig with orange spots all over her head. The insides of her ears are a coral pink color, as is her large nose. Her mouth curves on both ends and her eyes are small with one black eyelash each. She also has small brown eyebrows and her hooves are the same pink shade as her nose and ear innards. Maggie initially wears the Yodel Shirt in Animal Forest e+, and the Mint Shirt in New Leaf.

Personality

Maggie has a normal personality, and frequently acts kind towards the player. Normal villagers generally get along well with lazy, peppy, smug, snooty, and other normal villagers. Maggie may conflict with cranky and sisterly villagers. As a normal villager, Maggie will usually wake up at 6:00 am and is easier to befriend than most. Both normal and peppy villagers reference an unseen friend known as Moppina.

House

In Animal Forest e+, Maggie's house has the same furniture set up as Sydney's house, with the difference being that she has changed the wallpaper to the Green Wallpaper and the flooring to the Ranch Flooring. She has a Red Boombox playing K.K. Country.

In New Leaf, Maggie's home has an outdoor gardening theme. She owns two flower beds, and greenhouse box, and a barrel planter. She also displays a hose reel and some garden tools. Her wallpaper is the Backyard Fence, and she uses the Flagstone Floor as her flooring. If given a stereo, she will play Forest Life.

Maggie's preferred theme is cute, and she primarily gives cotton as a reward. Her profile reads:
