This article is about the normal bear. For the peppy mouse, see Candi.

I think if I want to keep growing as a bear, I need to explore new places and make new friends.
― Megan, when asking to move out of someone’s island in New Horizons

Megan (キャンディ, Kyandi?, Candy) is a normal bear villager that was introduced in New Horizons, and later Pocket Camp. She is the only normal bear to appear in an Animal Crossing game. Her English name means "strong", which could be a reference to a bear's physical attributes. Her Japanese and French names are a reference to her personality being sweet, similar to candy. She has the nature hobby.

Appearance[]

Megan is a bear with lavender fur. She has big, green eyes with large, navy blue pupils and long eyelashes. She has yellow inner-ears, baby blue freckles, and a tuft of hair on her forehead. She also has white paws and muzzle. She has a black rounded triangle for a nose, and a smile that is slanted to the left.

Personality

Below is a brief description of the normal personality. For more information, click here.

Megan has a normal personality, and frequently acts kind towards the player. Normal villagers generally get along well with lazy, peppy, smug, snooty, and other normal villagers. Megan may conflict with cranky and sisterly villagers. As a normal villager, Megan will usually wake up at 6:00 am and is easier to befriend than most. Both normal and peppy villagers reference an unseen friend known as Moppina.
