Molly (カモミ, Kamomi^?) is a normal duck villager who first appeared in New Leaf. Her catchphrase is a reference to the fact that ducks quack. Her picture quote is a reference to how a duck stays waterproof, but also how easy some problems are dealt with by some people.

Kamo in Japanese cuisine may refer to the poultry product of the wild duck.

She has the nature hobby.

Appearance

Molly is a brown Mallard duck. She has large spots of hot pink blush on her cheeks, black eyes, and she has a slightly darker brown flower-like spot just above her beak. The tips of her wings are white, and she has a golden colored beak and orange feet.

Personality

Molly has a normal personality, and frequently acts kind towards the player. Normal villagers generally get along well with lazy, peppy, smug, snooty, and other normal villagers. Molly may conflict with cranky and sisterly villagers. As a normal villager, Molly will usually wake up at 6:00 am and is easier to befriend than most. Both normal and peppy villagers reference an unseen friend known as Moppina.

House

In New Leaf, Molly's house is elegant and relaxing. She has many items from the Classic Series, such as the bed, table, couch, and desk. She also has a two plants; a Pothos and some Dandelions, as well as a tea set. She has a Record Player that plays K.K. Ballad, and has the Green Rug as her flooring, as well as the Lattice Wall for Wallpaper.

In New Horizons, her house is very similar to the room she had in New Leaf. She retains items like a Tea set, a Fancy violin, and an Antique bureau. Similar substitutes for old items she had include a Double sofa and a Yucca plant. Due to the Classic series not being in New Horizons, Molly has some furniture from the Wooden series, including the bookshelf, low table, simple bed, and chest. She now has a Music Stand to go with her violin, both of which sit in the lower left corner of the house on an Ivory small round mat. She has a yellow Cute Music Player next to her bed, which has Potted ivy hanging on the wall above it. Her wallpaper is still the Lattice Wall and she now has the Light Herringbone Flooring.

Molly was added to Pocket Camp in the August 28, 2018 update.

Molly's preferred theme is civic, and she primarily gives steel as a reward. Her profile reads:
