Norma (いさこ,Isako?) is a normalcow from the Animal Crossing series. Her English name may be a reference to an American farmer and artist Norma Lyon aka "The Butter Cow Lady" who created elaborate sculptures out of butter.
She was initially exclusive to Animal Forest e+, where she was an islander. If the player was to scan her e-reader card and went to their private island, she would be found washed up on the shores of the island, similar to Gulliver. Her catchphrase is a mixture of hoo hoo, a sound expressing laughter or glee, and hoof. She has the nature hobby.
Norma returned to the series in New Leaf, as part of the Welcome amiibo update. By scanning amiibo cards, this villager can be met via the campground and invited to the town.
Norma is a pink cow with yellow horns. She has a tan, almost white muzzle, and a black tuft of hair. She has pigtails running down the back of her head. Her eyes are oval shaped with two eyelashes, as well as a small white pupil. Her hooves are blue and, like all other female islanders, she wears the Red Aloha Shirt. In New Leaf, however, she wears the Blue Tartan Shirt.

Norma has a normal personality, and frequently acts kind towards the player. Normal villagers generally get along well with lazy, peppy, smug, snooty, and other normal villagers. Norma may conflict with cranky and sisterly villagers. As a normal villager, Norma will usually wake up at 6:00 am and is easier to befriend than most. Both normal and peppy villagers reference an unseen friend known as Moppina.
House
In Animal Forest e+, Norma has the same house as O'Hare. The only item in her house is Tom Nook's picture.
In New Leaf, Norma's house and RV are based on a milk factory, referencing how humans commonly drink cow's milk. She owns many dairy themed items, such as cheese, a milk carton and a milk canister. Her wallpaper is the White Brick Wall, and her flooring is the Basement Floor. She does not initially own a stereo, but if she is given one, it will play Mountain Song.
In New Horizons, Norma's house is very natural and resembles a picnic in a field of flowers. She has the mountain wall which makes it look like an outdoor scene. She has simple furniture such as a hay bed and a round log table. Her house looks similar to Beau's and Dom's houses.
