October is the month in which the Animal Crossing series celebrates Halloween. (This Holiday was not in Wild World. ) The 31st is the only chance you have each year to see Jack. Candy is sold throughout the month at Tom Nook's Store, in preparation for Halloween (in Animal Crossing, candy starts being sold on the 16th. The grass and trees will also turn noticeably redder.).

Occurs in September or October (check your in-game calendar).

Visit Tortimer to receive a model of the Moon.

Will occur on October 4th 2009 from 6:00am - 12:00am.

This event occurs on the fourth sunday of the month.

Visit Tortimer to receive a Bottled Ship.

Occurs from October 15th to 25th, from 8am each day.

Collect up to five mushrooms every day, sell for 5,000 Bells each.

In Wild World this event occurs on the fourth Sunday of the month.

In City Folk this event occurs on the second Saturday of the month.
