The song in the beginning of ACWW - is it one of K.K.'s songs? If so, what is the title of it?

Sorry, but only the ACGC theme is available to be sung by K.K., not the WW theme. (The GC theme is "Forest Life", BTW) Doore 19:31, 5 April 2009 (UTC)

GUYS. THE ONLY THREE SECRET SONGS ARE PONDERING, STALE CUPCAKES, AND SPRING BLOSSOMS. Oh and, thank you for cleaning up the page! ^^ --Pokeflora 21:13, 22 April 2009 (UTC)

There's 4, actually, but I can't remember what the 4th is. See ya, Dragonfree97Or maybe talk to me later, or now? 21:16, 22 April 2009 (UTC)

Actually, wandering is a special request song. I think 'I Love You' was a special-request song in the original game- I'll check that out soon. What shall we do avbout the song descriptions, though? I quite liked them. Dab 11:18, 4 May 2009 (UTC)

In what way are they 'secret'? I was about to ask about all 4 of those songs before I read the capitalised stuff... Are they secret in that Nintendo never officially wrote them in the AC:LGTTC manual (U can buy it from amazon, but kinda takes the joy aaway from the game, apparently..), or that they're only abtainable on certain days??--Jimtalk! 11:21, 4 May 2009 (UTC)

I just read about them here. After having it requested, K.K. asks how you knew about it, but plays it anyway, because we're not 'squares'. I have no idea who is a square. Dab 11:25, 4 May 2009 (UTC)

I removed the song decriptions because the names made them obvious on their style - besides that, you can always listen to them in City Folk by requesting them over and over again. Secret songs are ones you can't listen to by giving K.K. your mood, you have to request them by typing in their name (I believe, other sites state this). Although considering that, other sites list different K.K. songs as secret, so it's a bit touch and go this page. MerrytonRyan 18:25, 4 May 2009 (UTC)

Pondering was available in Wild World as a normal song, so I don't see why it would be a secret. Do you think it would be worthwhile putting songs under 'mood' categories, too? Dab 18:30, 4 May 2009 (UTC)

Owww, that means editing the table in a new format, doesn't it? :'( Though it could be good. It looks as though we'd be needing new * tags to label special songs in other games too. MerrytonRyan 18:33, 4 May 2009 (UTC)
I don't think there were any in Wild World- I'll look up gamecube now. Dab 18:35, 4 May 2009 (UTC)
Gamecube 'special request' songs are- I Love You, K.K. Song and Two Days Ago. Dab 18:47, 4 May 2009 (UTC)
Actually, you can get the song: Wandering KK Slider freaks out and says that it's for Hipster's ears only. I just got the song last NIGHT. It has to have a capital letter W or it won't work. 00:31, October 26, 2009 (UTC)Beckie from Diablo

I Love You isn't a secret song on ACCF. He say anything and Benedict has it in his house. Two Dyas Ago obviously isn't a secret song in ACCF, because Walker had it. Lastly, K.K.'s Song isn't a secret song in ACCF bacause K.K. didn't say anything about it when I requested it. A secret song is defined (by me) as a hard to obtain song due to the fact that no villager in the game has it, had it, or ever will. Oh yea... And even though no animal has Forest Life, he doesn't consider it as a Secret Song in ACCF. When he treats a song like a Secret Song in ACCF, he freaks out saying that it's for hipster's ears only. --Pokeflora 03:32, 30 June 2009 (UTC)
(ACCF) he said something about K.K. Song when I requested it...peopel say there are only 3 and the ones i know of and are true...are
I Love You
K.K. Song
Two Days Ago
these songs are not on the list that he plays reularly when you dont request for them and HAS to be requested. I have been playing for over 4 months, and so far this is true. Kaze.san 13:18, February 19, 2012 (UTC)

Actually, Alfonso and Savannah (both in my ACCF town) have Forest Life playing in their house. Knock Knock, Who's there? You Know! You know who? NO I'M NOT VOLDEMORT! I AM ACYOSHI! 17:57, March 14, 2010 (UTC)

K.K. or K. K.?

I don't think there's a space between the two K's in K.K. Slider's name. Dab 18:05, 17 May 2009 (UTC)

Neither do I, because in his song requests, you have to put K.K. Bossa, not K. K. Bossa. -- D97 18:08, 17 May 2009 (UTC)

I'll change all the page names then... guh. Dab 18:09, 17 May 2009 (UTC)

At least there aren't too many of them. BTW, the next article is the 900th. -- D97 18:11, 17 May 2009 (UTC)

Ooh! go on, you make it! Do you think that we should include pictures of sterotypical homes on each music page? For example, K.K. Lullaby could have a girl in a nursery with lots of teddies. Dab 18:14, 17 May 2009 (UTC)

I dunno... -- D97 18:16, 17 May 2009 (UTC)

I don't think so... because it's not really set in stone that certain rooms will have certain themes, it's more opinion? -Fleurione 18:40, 21 May 2009 (UTC)
I was just trying to think of a way to make the pages more interesting- perhaps we could include images of the homes of the villagers with the music, showing how it could be used to compliment the atmosphere of their homes? BadMeep
Hmm, perhaps. One of the links on my userpage to the item lists had a recommended music for each series of furniture, but again that is just opinion - it doesn't add any HRA points or anything does it? I actually think the page is the perfect kind of size - it's long, but not too long, and is only full of information. Adding more might just be fluff? -Fleurione 18:46, 21 May 2009 (UTC)
I know it's a matter of opinion- I was talking about the induvidual music pages, such as K.K. Lullaby. BadMeep

Well, we need something else, else all these pages will look a bit... small. Dab 18:17, 17 May 2009 (UTC)

Made the 900th! 900th article resolution - I'm never going to make a page and not categorize it ever again. But yes, they will look quite small. -- D97 18:19, 17 May 2009 (UTC)

Hurrah! Do you like my umbrella template, by the way? You can see it on my main page. I'm not sure which category it should go under, though. Sorry, a bit off topic. Dab

Lol! Do we need categories for templates, though? -- D97 18:25, 17 May 2009 (UTC)

No, I meant on Zilenserz's userbox-sorting page. Getting of the laptop now, be back later! (I expect everyone to have assigned themselves an umbrella!) Dab 18:28, 17 May 2009 (UTC)

I'm gonna get an umbrella, then go play footie/soccer outside with the wall. -- D97 18:32, 17 May 2009 (UTC)

Featured article?

I don't think this is ready to be a featured article- all suggestions should be made at the Animal Crossing City: Weekly page. I prefered the old character userbox anyway, like the one on the Sable page. BadMeep 09:45, 25 July 2009 (UTC)

I've noticed he seems to be doing things without any discussion. The amount of villager and insect/fish pages I've just had to re-edit is painful! He seems to be going by his own standards, not ones we've properly discussed - Like "Donations to the Museum" is followed by sub-headings "In City Folk" which clears up the page from "Donations to/in". And alot of the personality text from villager pages has been removed too, which was all acceptable *considering the Purrl page was considered accurate). I think words maybe needed. MerrytonRyan 11:09, 25 July 2009 (UTC)
I just thought that general information that can apply to everyone of that personality should be removed, as people can have different experiences with them. The reason why I fetured the K.K. page was that I thought it was a very, I guess you could say, "clean page, having information in a neat little bundle with tidbits of trivia thrown in. Anyways, I thought that the design of the insects page would look a little more fancy if you did the "In City Folk" and such, but I'll stop if you want me too. I apologize if these edits are not needed here, I'm kind of used to posting like this on other wikias, great ones at that, that go by these rules and formattings. - 050294 18:08, 25 July 2009 (UTC)
Oh no, the "In City Folk" bits are fine, they were being written out as "Donating to the Museum in City Folk" (or to that degree) which uses up a bit too much space when a larger heading "Donating to the Museum" followed by shorter, sub-headings like "In City Folk" is/was already in place :) I can see what you mean about the personalities though, it depends if newcomers understand the basic personality traits and it can be useful to have the general information of those traits listed, so we and they know what they are all about :)
Oh yes, been meaning to say this, well done on the infoboxes for fish and insects, they do look good :) We'd need to discuss tweaking them though, judging by a few small complants, but they do make the page a little less basic :) MerrytonRyan 14:21, 26 July 2009 (UTC)
Thanks :D - 050294 03:35, 29 July 2009 (UTC)

What does K.K. stand for in song titles and his name?

what does K.K. mean???

The K.K. is the last part of his name, Totakeke. The name in full is a pun on Totaka Kazumi's name. 15:22, November 14, 2010 (UTC)

Oh no, where's Comrade K.K.? Last time I applied for a Nintendo item, it didn't work, as my house has a name, not a number... BadMeep 13:30, 30 July 2009 (UTC)

WONDERING66.41.101.10 23:28, June 3, 2010 (UTC)K.K. Slider, in the flesh

I read earlier that there is only 3 secret songs in Animal Crossing. That's not true. There's also Marine Song 2001 and Forest Song! Minifig-me, bOiNg!!!CF kk slider 01:53, November 10, 2010 (UTC)

WAIT! I'm wrong, Marine Song 2001 isn't in Animal Crossing, but there is also I Love You and some others, I'll get back to you. Minifig-me, bOiNg!!!CF kk slider 17:46, November 14, 2010 (UTC)

K. K. Slider Song Translation?

I was browsing the web and came across a link stating that the songs that K. K. sings can actually be translated into real English! Is this true, or are they simply making it up? Sometimes, I can hear the characters speaking some sort of English in a very quick form. Here's the link...what do you think? Are all these songs, in fact, written in English??

K.K. Chorele

Numerous sites list K.K. Chorele as an unused item obtainable by hacking in City Folk. What is this item? That is what I want to know. This tirade will be on "Nookpedia" and "Animal Crossing: Let's go to the wiki".

Anyone got confirmation of K.K. Chorele? And anyone who actually has this, please answer some questions. What type of item is it (by icon, is it a note, a leaf, carpet, wallpaper, stationary, etc.), Can it be put into the stereo, Does it have an associated sound file (as it is obviously an unused version of K.K. Chorale), and Can you listen to it? Also, can you get this from K.K. Slider, and what is it's in-game name ("K.K. Chorele" or "not used" or " ")? -Ratfael aka 18:52, February 7, 2011 (UTC)

it can be obtaind just by making it your first request, my neighbor Kitt, has it playing in her i think this is just a rumor :/

Secret Songs?

Are the secret songs true? Like, I was playing ACWW the other day, and I asked for the secret song Stale Cupcakes, and he said he didn't have it. Are the secret songs real? ILovechocolate is out. 18:37, August 27, 2011 (UTC)

they are real but i think there are only a certain ammoung in ACWW. because there are several in ACCF.
If you look at List of K.K. Songs, you will see that Stale Cupcakes is only in City Folk, not Wild World. Rappy 21:56, February 19, 2012 (UTC)

There are 55 songs in the original Animal Crossing, not 40. I just made the correction. Vara-sama 02:59, November 27, 2011 (UTC)

Where does it say that his birthday is August 23rd? I have a feeling that's fanon. skuffed up my user page (talk) 23:11, August 10, 2013 (UTC)

It is revealed in Animal Crossing Plaza that his birthday is the 23rd August. However, it isn't celebrated in New Leaf or other games. This should probably be mentioned on both the New Leaf page and the pages of special characters whose birthdays were revealed. - MerrytonRyan - (profile) - (talk) 09:46, August 11, 2013 (UTC)

K.K. not K. K.

When I first tried to request a song, it never worked, and I finally figured out that it was because I put a space between the two "K."s. Should I add something to the page that specifically says this?
