Name Origin[]

I'm trying to source where Sue E.'s name came from- there's a Boar mascot in Arkansas university with that name, which was before Animal Crossing was released, but that's a bit obscure. BadMeep 16:28, 30 May 2009 (UTC)

How about Chop Suey, the Chinese food? Many farm animal's names in these games are quite cruel. Patty, Angus, Pate, T-Bone, Benedict... BadMeep 16:30, 30 May 2009 (UTC)
I remember in the Powerpuff Girls (HA!) when Fuzzy shouted "SOOOOEY!" to a pig. It's like another name for a pig, by simple American folk (can't think of their stereotype name, but they're Texan :P). I don't think it is chop suey, but you never know. It has been used to name pigs in America though, or at least, that's the only time I've ever heard it mentioned. EDIT: I.R.Baboon has said it too, although my first guess might of been here and not fuzzy, but he may of said it too. EDIT AGAIN: The episode was "The Power of Odor" when I.R.Baboon takes his pigs into a city and stinks it out. He shouts it to the pigs to get them to get in a truck when they've been evicted. I think we'll remove any reference to the 'famous name' bit, then? BadMeep 17:59, 30 May 2009 (UTC)
Sue E - Snoo T (it rhymes!) I think that's it, but it probably isn't. Hang on, are the personalities official or fan made? -- Dragonfree 10:30, 31 May 2009 (UTC)
Ooh, I don't know. I don't think it's that anyway, because I think Sue's name is meant to be said 'Suee', slurring the syllables, wheras snooty has a hard 'tee' that makes it quite an awkward rhyme. BadMeep

Move from "Sue E." to "Sue E"?[]

Sue E's e-Reader card and in-game name call her "Sue E" rather than "Sue E." Should her page be moved to match the in-game "Sue E"? The only other case I can think of that does this on the wiki, where the "correct" name is chosen over the in-game name, is Wolf Link's page opting to use "Wolf Link" rather than the in-game name "W. Link." NinjaSoleil (talk) 20:57, 1 April 2022 (UTC)

I haven't seen any official instances of her being called "Sue E.", so I do think she should be moved. ~ h66hhgr (talk) 00:02, 5 April 2022 (UTC)
