This statue was created in 190 BC, formerly known as the Hellenistic Period in Greece. The marble statue is currently being displayed in The Louvre, and is admired by thousands around the world. With such a powerful stance and magnificent wings, it is easy to tell that the goddess Nike is being depicted. Upon this very day, there is no rightful creator of this masterpiece, and the identity will most likely never be known.
